TELEPHONE CALLS
You can contact doctors in this practice by telephone during normal surgery hours. A message will be taken when the doctor concerned is with a patient.
Of course, in an emergency, calls will be put straight through.

HOUSE CALLS
We are happy to visit you at home if you are too sick to come to the surgery. Please ring in the morning if possible so that house calls can be made at lunchtime.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
Repeat prescriptions will not be issued without a prior consultation. This is to ensure proper management and continuity of care.

APPOINTMENTS
Please ring 4774 0008 for an appointment. Appointments are preferred.
If you need more time with the doctor, please tell the receptionist. Urgent medical problems will always be dealt with promptly.

REMINDER/RECALLS
We can send you reminder letters when you are due for preventative health checks, such as Pap smears and cholesterol tests. Please discuss this with your doctor.

INTERPRETER SERVICE
We can arrange for an interpreter for your consultation if required. Please notify reception when you book.
