Cancellation Policy
Dear Valued Clients,
“The time we allocate for your appointment is reserved exclusively for you and we often have a wait list of clients. When you book a treatment/make an appointment with us, we guarantee you this time and appoint a therapist/hairdresser to take care of your needs.
Please advise us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. If you are using a gift voucher 50% of the voucher will be charged if the cancellation is received with less than 48 hour’s notice.
You will receive a email message prior to you appointment excluding Tuesdays to confirm your booking. Making a booking with us is acknowledgement of this policy.
Cancellations have a significant impact on us therefore we need to endorse our cancellation policy and trust you understand our need to do so.”
