We are a team specialising in ZUU - an exciting dynamic primal pattern bodyweight training style and ANKORR - the world's first "Animate Load Harness" both created by Founder Nathan Helberg.

We are family orientated making health and fitness fun and achievable! As ZUU and ANKORR coaches we are also qualified Personal Trainers certified with III and IV in Fitness, CrossFit Level 1 Coach, Boxing for Fitness, Thump Boxing Trainers, Active Kids Trainers, Female Specific Trainers, Certified in Advanced Nutrition, Current Netball Australia Foundation Coach and Representatives in Oztag and Netball. We also hold current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
