Now (and every year hence), no choice has to be hampered or limited by food allergies. Whether for you, your child or your guests, the SILVER LINING will take care of your catering needs.

We have lived through this for a number of years, with our son being allergic to eggs, milk, peanuts, wheat and soy - from when he was less than a year old. The cake that was created for his first birthday was one that was free of all his allergens and was still amazing! Our years of creative and nutritional experience means we've gained a fair bit of expertise in ensuring that his birthday cakes would not cause any allergic reactions, tasted incredible and looked memorable. All his friends at school, teachers and he himself are able to enjoy different cakes, worry free! His school teachers also ensured that any events in the classes where there was food involved did not leave him feeling left out. Every term we would bake a few different cakes, small ones, that were then stored to be used on these special occasions in the classroom.

We now use our culinary ability and knowledge to bake delicious cakes and cupcakes for any and every sort of dietary restriction. Your dietary choices may be based on your lifestyle (vegetarian/vegan etc.), religion (kosher/halal/jain etc.) or by reason of a medical condition (allergies that prevent you from consuming certain types of foods). We will cater to your needs for all and any of these.
