I have been a gardener and owned my own garden maintenance business. Some of you may remember Big Russ's Gardens.

These days I have an South-east Asian Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Monash University. I am currently studying for a Masters in International Relations with a Political Violence- Counter Insurgency major.

I have transformed myself from a morbidly obese 140 kg, 35 year old to a 87 kg, 51 year old. Losing 19 kg in the last 9 weeks. I understand first hand the challenges of obesity, diet and weight loss.

I am your companion in the gym, the enabler of your endless possibilities. The friend you take to the work party, the conference, the movie you don't want to watch alone or the hike you want to do, yet can't bring yourself to do without company.

I am the non-sexual "boyfriend" who can stop the endless questions about why you haven't found a nice man from your family- friends. I can be everything from "just met" to "known each other for a couple of months".
