Silke offers gentle to intermediate traditional Hatha Yoga with a holistic approach, providing deep benefits for body, mind and the Self. She loves inspiring everyone to explore meditation through movement, where the practice of yoga creates a bond between stability, ease and inner calm.

Students enjoy the practice of pranayama (breath awareness) and asana (postures), as well as nourishing Yoga Nidra (relaxation) / Meditation towards the end of each class to experience its profound benefit.
