First home owners - Great Start Grant

A great start to get into your new first home The Great Start Grant is a Queensland Government initiative to help first home owners to get their new first home sooner. You’ll get up to $20,000 towards building your new house, unit or townhouse (valued at less than $750,000). You can even buy off the plan with Silk Homes Qld or talk to us and we can design you, your very own. It’s a great opportunity to build a new home in our great state.
