My aim in starting a steel fabrication company is to 1 do my best to keep the steel fabricating business within Australia. And 2 it's my passion turning a hunk of steel into something practical, a rusted bucket of bolts into a lean mean stainless steel machine or maintaining something loved or needed that may have been overcome by the weather or too much love.
It all starts as a little side job but eventually I want to expand the business and in time become well known world wide. I don't want to do what the larger companies do and rip everyone off just to make a huge profit. Ill charge the cost of materials, delivery (if required) and a $25/hour labour fee. All in all everyone benefits.
Facebook is just the start, simply to get the name out and if it seems worth the cost ill start up advertising large scale and open up a website, also I'll look at hiring people to assist in running the company and to work side by side with me.
