MotherCalm Program - A Postnatal Depression Recovery and Prevention Program designed to assist mothers with PND on their road to recovery and to reduce their risk of it occuring again after a subsequent pregnancy.

Mentoring - Shirley is a mindset specialist and a mother of two. She has spent the last 6 years learning the ropes of parenting her children and works in collaboration with parents to discover the best solution to their current issue. In addition she provides a host of coping strategies for parents struggling with the early parenting journey.

Public Speaking - Got a audience of parents? Would you like to provide them with some tips and tricks on an aspect of parenting? Shirley enjoys sharing her knowledge with groups of parents either in a formal or informal setting.
