After losing 60 kilos myself, I understand the challenges we face in a weight loss journey - both mentally and physically.

In memory of my daughter Emily, I have registered this business as Shine Bright Fitness... She was my number one fan in my weight loss journey and I owe this to her to achieve my dreams of helping you achieve yours!....

I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer with my Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness. I run local boot camps for group fitness and also offer 1:1 or small group Personal Training. I specialise in Obese Clients.

Boot Camps catering for "ALL" fitness levels.
We train rain / hail / shine as we are permanently based at The Chittaway Point Hall off Sunshine Reserve - Geoffrey Road - Chittaway Point..
Tuesdays: 6-7pm, Thursdays 6-7pm & Saturdays: 7 - 8am
Cost: $10 per session or $80 for a 10pack
No need to book.. just turn up .
Bring a towel/mat and water.
(indoors when wet)

We train inside the hall when wet, and there are full facilities at this venue. Toilet/Parking etc..
Children are very welcome, there is a park area for them to play in whilst we train, but they are your responsibility as I will be too busy to keep an eye on you and the kiddies ;-)
