Introducing Shifter Cargo.

We have both spent most of our lives involved with bicycles in one-way or another: building, fixing, racing, working and adventuring. We decided to bring that passion and experience to good use with Shifter Cargo.

We can imagine a Hobart with less traffic congestion, more ‘people’ space and a cleaner environment. Shifter Cargo is a step in that direction, offering a viable alternative to moving freight around the city in a fast, clean and efficient way.

Cargo bike delivery services operate successfully in Europe, North America and on the mainland. While many people may choose their first delivery by bike for environmental reasons, they stick with bike deliveries because they are faster and more reliable in the city, not being stalled by traffic jams and lack of parking.
