Non to Semi contact, Mixed Martial Arts programs for Adults Semi to Full Contact, and for thoese that want that little more we run a MMA fighrt Classes 3 times a week for the Hard Core students.


Burnie Amateur boxing Club,Members of the Tasmania Boxing Legue is also run out of our venue.
