Shayne Fraser lives in Sippy Downs on the Sunshine Coast with his beautiful wife Nerida. He is the proud father of three young ladies and the grandfather of a little girl and a little boy.
Shayne has been suffering from a rare eye condition for the past 18 years which has slowly degenerated his eyesight. Considered legally blind, Shayne has very little vision left and now has a guide dog to aid his every day life. He received his good mate William in October 2010 through Guide Dogs Queensland. William was born 25th December 2008.
Prior to becoming a qualified Massage Therapist and starting his own business, Shayne worked as a devoted and much loved chaplain at Maroochydore State Primary School for 11 years. Although he would have loved to continue his work as a chaplain, he felt it was his time to move on, largely due to his failing eye sight.
Shayne has been running a home clinic since 2012, and has been assisting clients with a range of injuries and pain issues using Remedial Massage and Reflexology.
Shayne has had the opportunity to speak at numerous events and churches as a motivational speaker. He has also represented Guide Dogs Queensland on several occasions, with speaking engagements, press articles and advertising.
