Shaw's Swim School

At Shaw’s Swim School we believe participation in aquatic activities should be an enjoyable, positive experience. Children should be able to learn at their own pace and will never be forced to participate in aquatic activities. We encourage all children from 6 months to participate in swimming and water safety lessons. Babies less than a year old accept the water more readily than older Children so the earlier they start the better.

At Shaw’s Swim School our primary concern is safety in and around water. Learning to swim is a skill that can be used for life whether participating in competitive swimming, recreational swimming, boating and fishing activities, a day at the beach, lake or dam. We would like to stress to all parents and carers that irrespective of their child’s aquatic ability, Children are never safe when in or around water and must be under constant ADULT supervision.
