Shaw Fit Personal Training was created in 2015 by owner Haley Shaw.

My mission is to provide the highest quality of training services for my clients through one on one and small group personal training, encouraging them to build the healthiest version of themselves.

I offer a range of different training styles such as boxing, HIIT & plyometric Training which is all run from local parks and beaches.
