I am Liam, and will take your blunt knives and make them sharp again. I also sharpen and dress garden tools, food processor blades, and many other items that require a sharp edge.

I have worked as a chef for many years, including at local businesses here in Port Lincoln, where I discovered that there was nowhere convenient to have knives professionally sharpened. This led me to create this little business to sharpen for both professional and home users.

I use various methods to get the best edge possible including wetstones, wetwheels, drywheels, diamond stones, guided edge systems, belts, paper wheels, buffers, leather strops, and diamond balsa strops. My service is tailored to the item you give me.

I love knives (especially hand-made Japanese knifes) and have way too many of them (or not enough).

I don't mind if you have one or ten, big or small, expensive or cheap knifes. I am conveniently located near Port Lincoln centre.
