About Sharing Stories:
Sharing Stories Early Education and Care encompasses my philosophy, my belief in working together with families and children to create effective programs, relationships and learning environments so that all children can thrive. By sharing stories of children's interests, learning and development, we are able to ensure that all experiences are related to each individual child and their family, and are meaningful.

About Me:
My name is Carly, I am an Early Childhood Teacher who has made the move from Long Day Care to Family Day Care. I have worked in long day care for 5 years, and during this time, have been able to find myself as a teacher and develop a philosophy that I am very proud of, and excited to implement through my practices. My strengths are in my knowledge of each child, and my ability to extend children and their ideas in innovative ways. Although my first priority and focus is caring for children and looking after them, the educational side is important to me too, and I will do what I can to ensure that children learn in new and exciting ways. Being able to document children's learning and share this with families so that they understand what their children are learning, is another aspect to my job that I love, and which is where the name "Sharing Stories" originated from.

Opening Hours:
- 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

What I provide:
- A healthy morning tea, afternoon tea, consisting of fresh fruit, milk and a snack in a rotating fortnightly menu
- Cancer Council 30+ sunscreen
- All linen and blankets for cots and beds
- All nappies and wipes
- A bucket hat with the Sharing Stories logo for each child
- A HUGE range of educational resources, which are changed over regularly to provide the children with new challenges, and extend their interests
- An individualised program based upon children's interests and strengths, and directly linked to the Early Years Learning Framework

Registered with the Friends at Family Day Care scheme. It is essential that all children are registered with the scheme before they can secure a place, if there is one available.
