I have been a practicing Naturopath (N.D.) for 29 years during which I was also a mum for 5 children. Their individual health issues initially led me into looking for alternative treatment and Naturopathy a career change that naturally steered me deeper into the realms of child health and food intolerance’s particularly. For 4 years held position of Pharmacy Naturopath developing my skills further in herbal & nutritional medicine, microscopic nutritional analysis and Iridology. Later as well as running my own business, I held the position of Naturopath & trainer for Ultra Lite Health & Weight Management Systems which allowed me to study weight management in particular ketogenic diets. I also was involved in restructuring the weight management programs and facilitated in trainings for other Naturopaths, Pharmacists and nutrition specialists. To date I still provides technical & nutritional support and advice for Ultra Lite Weight & Health Management Systems. I have had a wonderful & diverse career as a Naturopath and my passion is to utilise that knowledge to help others take control of their health issues and achieve the knowledge they need to maintain good health.
