Shannon Electrics is an independently owned and operated electrical wholesale and retail outlet with its head office in Broken Hill NSW and a branch in Victor Harbor SA.
Shannons have been operating under the current ownership since 1985.

We are a member of the Electrolink buying group which consists of approximately 90 branches of independent electrical wholesalers throughout Australia enabling us to maintain a competitive price structure. We have in-store arguably one of the largest stock holdings of any wholesaler. Both of our modern warehouses are well stocked with a large variety of stock lines with adequate stock levels. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 7.00am to 5.00pm and Saturday from 7.00am to 12.30pm. We also offer after hours service to our account customers.

Our business has survived and grown over the years because of our large stock holding, commitment to training, keeping abreast of technology and employing qualified people.

Shannon Electrics only sells quality brands and have aligned ourselves in the market place with well known quality brand names.

Shannons have specialised in the Broken Hill Mining industry for many years and understand the high costs involved in downtime. We have been the primary electrical supplier in the Broken Hill mining industry for the past ten years and hold supply contracts with several mining companies operating in the Broken Hill district.

We are involved in our local communities and sponsor many sporting and charitable organisations both in Broken Hill and Victor Harbor.
