Enthusiastic, experienced and understanding staff run weekly horse riding lessons & trail rides at Shanessy Grove Horse Riding School. The amazing staff, horses and farm animals have something to offer the whole family! All ages are welcome!

Each horse riding session covers a range of activities (arena work, bareback riding, games, show jumping, cross-country and trail riding.) We encourage full participation in the care and preparation of the horses, ponies and donkeys. We also offer work experience for teenagers.

The lessons currently operate Monday – Saturday. Each session runs for one hour. The lessons run over a school term so a commitment of once a week is required. A few trial lessons are always welcome. We are also happy to do a casual lessons/ trail for special occasions such as birthday’s etc. We offer not only horse/ pony rides but DONKEY RIDES too!!

If your teenagers are looking for some extra time around the horses all teens are welcome to come over after school to help assist with tacking up horses, feeding and helping in the class when required. This is a fun and educational way of teaching teens the true responsibility of owning your own horse as well as making life long friendships!

-$38 an hour per person for group lessons (3/4 students max)
-$45 an hour for semi private lessons (2 students)
-$55 an hour for private lessons (1 student)
