Based in Bridgetown, WA, I offer a variety of massages and Reiki treatments, including Thai Massage, Remedial Massage, Honey Detox Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Indian Head Massage.
I also teach private yoga classes in the comfort of your home or you can book me for school classes, employee workshops, for private workshops. I can contribute with massage, reiki, yoga and guided meditations.

People come for different reasons to receive a massage. Some simply want to relax, others have muscular pains and tensions. So there are different treatments for different needs.

The seasonal weekly "Lighten Up Sessions" are providing a space for women to bring peace and balance into our lives. Through yoga, meditation, pranayama, energy work and simply talking and sharing we quiet and empower our beings. Connecting with each other and offering each other love and support.

Guided Meditation are once a month in the summer at the Natural Therapies Center in Bridgetown. We relax for one hour, listening to beautiful journeys.
