This lovely freshly renovated beach house is just moments to the Goolwa Surf beach and just a very short stroll up the beach to the main Goolwa beach swimming area as well as the very popular Bombora Caf!

The house sleeps up to 8 with bedroom 1 and 2 having Queen beds and bedroom 3 with bunk bed and extra single bed plus a sofa bed in the lounge.

The house has a large fully enclosed yard for children and dogs to play safely and there is a gate out the back taking you directly to the sand dunes and the beach.

- Walk in to beds already made and basic kitchen essentials provided. No need to stress with Unwind Holidays. All there is to do is unpack and head to the beach!

T H E - F I N E - P R I N T

- Quality linen and towels are included in the total price. This includes; sheets, doona & pillow covers, bath towels and kitchen towels.

- Base price is for 4 people, extra $20 per person per night.

- Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am. Unless prior arrangements are made, *subject to availability

- Please note this property is strictly non smoking both inside and outside.

- Absolutely, NO parties or events.

- $500 refundable bond is required per booking which will be refunded upon change over complete including washing all linen. Ususally within 3 - 7 days.

CLEANING FEE

- We fully support our cleaners and the cost covers cleaning the property and providing and washing linen

- The cleaning fee also covers our expense for providing linen, towels and covers.

- Cleaning price is based on a full house with all beds used.

- We can negotiate this linen price if you are not using all the beds.

- We also includesome supplies such as 2x toilet rolls, tomato sauce, salt, oil etc.

Pet Friendly Properties:

This property is pet friendly. You are welcome to bring your favourite furry friend so long as they are kept in the enclosed yard during the day and you bring a dog bed for them to sleep on inside at night.
Please clean up and dispose of pet droppings
Any repairs or cleaning required due to pets will be charged to the security deposit.
There is a huge back yard for them to run in and the beach just a short stroll through the sand dunes which they will love.
One dog per stay.
