Mirrabooka is a lovely and quiet suburb over-looking Sugar Bay, a hidden paradise with fantastic birdlife and wonderful views over Australia's largest permanent saltwater lake. The property has all the comforts of home and is on the banks of Lake Macquarie so bring your kayaks and paddle boards and tinnies! Good fishing and bushwalking locally. If you would like to explore further afield Serendipity is only half an hour's drive into the beautiful Watagans National Park or Tuggerah and 45 mins to Cessnock or Newcastle.

Local grocery shopping and quality bottle shop at Bonnels Bay, 5 mins away. Morisset is 10 minutes away and is a country town that will cater for all your needs. Only an hour from Wahroonga, about 90minutes from central Sydney.

Pricing is for 4 guests, extra guests at $50 each per night. Minimum stay two nights.

Cleaning fee $150 per stay.
