a) Social media channels are periodically monitored every day.
b) Social media channels are moderated to ensure compliance with acceptable participation guidelines.
c) Administrators reserve the right to remove any of the following:
i) Comments, links or images that are obscene, profane or hateful in nature.
ii) Comments, links or images that are sexist, racist or discriminatory.
iii) Comments that threaten any person or organisation.
iv) Comments that defame or harass an individual.
v) Links to off topic personal, profiles, groups or pages.
vi) Comments, links or images that are partisan political nature.
vii) Comments that encourage illegal activity.
d) In the event of a post being taken down the author/user will be privately informed of the reason.
e) Participants who regularly post material that does not comply with the acceptable participation guidelines will be blocked from commenting or posting on Morris Property Group or Colliers International social media channels.
