We can post items anywhere in Australia, but it will incur a postage fee. Charges vary between $10 - $30 according to Australia post (I do not inflate postage costs in any way).

Once Your Payment is verified items will be shipped and may take 14 - 21 working days to be delivered.

All Items need to be paid within 5 days of confirming purchase through facebook message or email.

RETURN POLICY

You are entitled to return an item if it is damaged or faulty.
We will then supply you with a new product.
Claims of returns have to be made within 7 days packed in original packaging.
Staff will not accept bedding if in used condition & washed
for health and hygiene regulations.

Care Recommendations
1. Please wash your quilt set separately, to ensure colours do not run.
2. In the first wash, please use approx. 5 - 10 grams of salt in the wash. This will help to set the dyes in the fabric.
3. If drying outside, please hang up inside out so the sun does not cause colour fade.
