My name is Sean Silverstone and I am a Personal Trainer with a focus on weight-loss for both men & women.
My areas of focus include:
Men - focusing on helping men over come anxiety through the use of exercise to reduce stress levels and remove the mental stigma of body image issues. Men tend to be forgotten when it comes to the mental effects that weight issues can cause them and I am here to help you over come these issues to feel more confident and prevent further health issues.
Women - Many of the women I encounter have a love for group fitness because they like to enjoy the company of like minded women, laugh, have fun and chat about family all while getting fit and in shape. I focus on the group fitness aspect for these women outside of the gym through boot camp challenges.
Personal Training is provided for both Men & Women either externally or through my work at Go Health Clubs, Beenleigh.
