Learn practical skills & basic self defence techniques in a fun & supportive environment. All courses are female only and are held by 5th Dan Black Belt female instructor.

Participants completing the 4 week beginners course can then begin regular classes. Our workshops provide participants with the basic skills that you will use in class. We will also teach you about our training systems and transitioning you from beginner to empowered black belt.

We offer short courses, group workshops, private lessons and Taekwondo (World Taekwondo Federation) for everyone.

Our classes are all female and open to those aged 14 years and older (students under 18 years must have an accompanying adult participating with them). Our self defence classes are set in a friendly training environment and usually held at South Kingsville Community Centre.

We understand that entering an unknown group can be quiet daunting. Particularly if the group is learning a new physical activity. We pride ourselves on creating a safe hub that is warm and inviting for all students. Our head instructor Andre Conate has an open policy where everyone is welcome to learn and share their knowledge. There are no egos, everyone learns at their own pace (but we will challenge you along the way).

What to expect from your first lesson?

- We teach you basic self defence moves that you can put into practice right away.
- We train in small groups.
- We forcus on street smart self defence.
- Have your questions answered. Freedom to ask questions as we go so you get the answers you need and not get lost in the group.
- To improve your confidence, focus, fitness, balance, flexibility & co-ordination.
- To have fun!
