Seido Karate is a traditional Japanese style of karate founded by Grandmaster Tadashi Nakamura in 1976. In Australia, Seido Karate is led by Sei Shihan Ino Maquirang.

As a superior form of physical exercise and self-defense, Seido Karate also includes meditation exercises for the development of the mind and spirit.
