Personal training

Training sessions are huge in variety to keep clients motivated and achieve desired results. The sessions involve a combination of functional fitness & core training combined with essential strength and conditioning work, cardiovascular training, boxing, assisted stretching, nutritional advice and mind body work. Sessions are held in a variety of locations.
Lisa’s philosophy of training is that her client’s health is their number one asset. She uses a holistic approach incorporating good nutrition, effective exercise and the power of the mind, to ensure clients’ hard work is rewarded and they get the results they desire.


12-week Results Based Program

The program lies on an intense period of multiple weekly-supervised sessions to achieve outcomes where the client remains highly motivated and, week by week, can monitor their progress. Lisa has worked with numerous clients during their rehabilitation from injuries and provided a multi-disciplinary care program with other professional to ensure the best outcomes.
The program is a fully comprehensive exercise and nutrition program including a comprehensive fitness evaluation and medical screening, 2 individual personal training sessions, discussion on smart shopping, detoxification, a day by day eating plan and food diary, several healthy menu ideas/tips, nutritional guidelines and weekly check ups.


Yummy Mummy Fitness

The yummy mummy fitness program was design by Lisa (who is a mum of two) and it takes place outdoors. It involves mum, baby and stroller. The classes focus on tightening and toning the body with particular attention to hips, thighs, buttocks and pelvic floor, together with cardiovascular work to loose excess fat and get you fitter.



Retreats

The retreat encapsulate the results principles and packages them into a three, five & seven-day deeply transformational programs.
Lisa will supervise all activities and she will provide the best specialist for other activities, such as massage and nutrition.
