The house is set up to please all.

The living area is open planned and plenty of room to spread out, relax and unwind from your busy lifestyle in total comfort.

Our living area features a large comfortable wrap around lounge to chat or to relax with a movie or catch up on the news.

In winter the wood fire keeps you toasty or turn on the reverse cycle air-con.

The kitchen contains all you need to host a dinner party or that quick and easy holiday meals, with quality kitchen/dinning wear throughout.

Bedrooms:
A spacious master bedroom boasting a king bed with ensuite,

The 2nd bedrooms contains twin single beds that can be joined to make a second king bed

The 3rd spacious bedroom contains a queen bed.

All bedrooms have a delightful view of the local bush setting.

The main bathroom has a deep half bath perfect for bathing little ones in after a busy day.

Enjoy a BBQ on the back decking and in summer and dine alfresco under the outdoor fan to keep the summer heat at bay.

Enjoy our fully fenced outdoor salt water plunge pool.

Full laundry, with a separate WC with internal access and access from the back decking.

There is plenty of driveway parking and a double garage to house 2 cars, plenty of room for your boat.

All you need, plus more for a wonderful break away.

Linen hire can be arranged for sheets and towels with a local supplier, or bring your own. All other bedding supplied along with bathmats, hand towels and tea towels.

The house is solely yours for the duration of your stay.

The Neighbourhood

The Hamlet of Tarbuck Bay is set in the Pacific Palms area, part of the Great Lakes region.

A short walk has you at waters edge of the beautiful Smiths Lake

Your closest neighbouring village is Smiths Lake a 3 minute drive.

A little further afield to the South you have the historical Bungwhal and tranquil Seals Rock.

To the North in 8 minutes you will find Pacific Palms with its beautiful beaches.

Pacific Palms beaches: The glorious Celito beach is just across the sandbar, Blueys and Boomerang surf beaches, Elizabeth beach is perfect for families and patrolled during holidays and then for those naturalists amongst us there is the secluded Shellys's beach, truly a hidden secret of the region.

You will find 8 beaches within 10 mins of the house! Not to mention the beaches to be found a little further a field in the Forster/Tuncurry area.

The local clubs have restaurants and the local shops will cater for most of your needs with a butcher, baker, general store/newsagent, bottle shop, and café . Pacific Palms Sea Food is only a few minutes away, the perfect place to get your fresh local sea food.

Pacific Palms, Wallis and Smiths Lake are surrounded by National Parks with secluded pristine beaches. Smiths Lake is separated from the ocean by a natural sand bar and great for all water sports and safe swimming for the kids.
