Large self contained Private Country Studio with your own entrance, bathroom, kitchen and balcony approximately fifty square metres in size. Situated on a beautiful country acerage only two kilometres from Terrigal beach and Erina Fair.

The Space

The Seachange Private Country Studio is a fully self contained country escape. It is surrounded by acreages and only two kilometres from the best beaches around Terrigal, shops and restaurants on the coast.

Tea, coffee, biscuits, milk, juice and muesli are complimentary. The kitchen has a microwave oven and your own private BBQ on the deck for cooking.

If you don't feel like cooking there are a multitude of local restaurants and we could recommend one to suit.

Guest Access

Guests will have your own parking and private access. You have 100% access to all your areas and the surrounding grounds.

Interaction with Guests

Generally we will be available at most times to assist if required.

The Neighbourhood

Seachange is a country acreage surrounded by fields and forest. Some of the best beaches in NSW are only two kilometres away. Terrigal has fantastic restaurants and Erina Fair is the biggest shopping centre in the area. If you prefer a little trek, the Hunter Valley wineries are only one hour away

Getting Around

There is a regular bus stop one hundred metres from our door. Gosford train station is fifteen minutes away for longer trips away to Sydney and beyond.

Seachange is a country acreage and we use a biocycle system for all sanitary purposes. We provide all the correct detergent and extras for you to ensure the system keeps working well.
