Sea To Sky Yoga

Saunders Beach Yoga with Jen. I began practicing Ashtanga Yoga 15 years ago. Yoga has helped my life be immeasurably better, calmer, richer and more fulfilling than before I discovered the power of yoga :-) I also love the ocean and being outside under the big beautiful sky. And what better place to practice yoga than by the sea and under the sky? When things get a little crazy and I need to slow down and find my inner peace, I close my eyes and meditate on the clear sky as I inhale, and the calm sea as I exhale, Inhale clear... exhale calm.... And so Sea to Sky yoga came into existence :-)
Sunday morning beach yoga is 9-10am at Cay St Park, and Wed evening yoga is 6-7pm at Saunders Beach Community Centre.
