From November to May cockling at Goolwa Beach is permitted. It is a family fun activity and an experience not to be missed. Goolwa South also provides plenty of other entertainment - there is a rare on-beach access for 4WD adventures to the Murray Mouth, bike trails, regular Sunday markets, wineries, craft shops, cafes, restaurants, plenty of bakeries, the famous steam ranger and whale watching. There is also plenty room outside for entertaining for relaxing. The upstairs rear deck is tremendously spacious and provides plenty of shelter. Downstairs the upstairs deck provides plenty of shade for entertaining on the lower level also.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is 5 burner gas cooker and 800m oven for the cooking and baking enthusiast. Washing up is a breeze with the inclusion of a dishwasher. There is ducted air-conditioning/heating throughout the home which will relieve and cool all occupants on a hot summer day or warm fingers and toes on cold winter nights.

The house also has 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. There is also access to laundry facilities.

For entertainment, guests will have full access to Foxtel television, DVD players, tv games and board games.
