We are a small, local and design-based *Registered Building Design business providing a complete 'concept-design' to 'construction-documentation' service for the Portland and surrounding area.

We are located in a small design studio along Fergusons Rd, Allestree on the outskirts of Portland ('Seabreeze Studio'), and focus our energies on applying 'good' design practices to our designs for our clients, resulting in 'accurate' construction documentation.
