I am studying certificates III and IV through FIT College. Because of my physical disability, a lot of people treat me as if mentally challenged too, and as a three-year-old, and don’t know anything. Becoming a qualified a Gym Instructor/personal trainer will help me deal with the government and non-government organizations.
We all know how important it is to exercise to keep our bodies active and healthy as possible. Exercise is an important part in the management of Friedreich's Ataxia (FA). While at the same time working with FA, being active can be challenging
