Capability Statement.

SCHAUMAC Industries Pty Ltd established in November 2015, is a new company with a combined 25 year’s experience in the Civil & Commercial Plumbing Industry in Sydney and the south coast areas.

Formed as a service provider by
Joint Directors: Karl Rothe & Joshua Walden.

Karl Roth, with 13 year’s of work experience including most recently:
Mount Panorama Pit facility upgrade, Millfield to Ellalong Sewerage Scheme, BER School Upgrades, HMAS Penguin Mosman, Hornsby – Kuring-Gai Hospital STAR Building.

Joshua Walden, with 12 years of work experience including most recently:
Ansto (a secured site), HMAS Penguin - Mosman, Oran Park School, Patricks Container Terminal Upgrade, HMAS Albatross- Nowra.

The Goal for the future is to continue to grow by attracting and retaining highly trained loyal staff in all areas of Management, Plumbers, Plant Operators and Apprentices who display a “Can Do” professional attitude in their work, equipped with all available technology and equipment to complete projects to a high degree of workmanship in an efficient and timely manner.
Many hours have been spent developing a Safety management plan including SWMS and up to date WHS.
With our combined experience, we offer services including Plumbing, Drainage, Stormwater,
Gas fitting, Thermostatic Mixing Valves, and backflow Prevention.

We can provide all trades from Traffic Control through to excavation and re-instatement. We have, through previous association a number of completed projects ranging from just a few 100K to 5-6 million price range.
