'Sandy Feet' has the laid-back charms of a retro 50s beach cottage and the easy convenience of brand new furnishings and decor. It's just a few minutes walk from the pristine white sands of Jervs Bay, in the quiet friendly village of Callala Beach.

'Sandy Feet' is perfect for a weekend getaway or longer.

Enjoy walks along the beach, reading a book on the sand, swimming in the clear waters of Jervis Bay, cycling, fishing, tennis, golf and many other local activities.

Or stay at home to watch the world go slowly by from the front deck, enjoy BBQs and outdoor dining on the covered back deck, or curl up on the couch with a book or to watch a movie.

At night, listen to the waves and watch the night sky come alive in a brilliant star show.

'Sandy Feet' has three bedrooms and sleeps up to six people. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with two single beds. The beds are new, with top quality mattresses, pillows and doonas. Pillows cases and doonas are freshly washed before each stay. You will need to bring your own linen, pillowcases and towels.

'Sandy Feet' is fully furnished in a modern, funky style.

The lounge / dining room has a ceiling fan as well as air-conditioning. There is also a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and a portable fan in the second bedroom.

The lounge has a digital HD TV and DVD/Blu-Ray player. A digital HD TV is also in the master bedroom. The kitchen has an MP3/iPod dock.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove and over, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, utensils, plates and cups, tea towels and hand towels.

Afternoons and evenings can be spent on the covered back deck, with an outdoor dining setting for six, a Weber for BBQs and comfy outdoor chairs for reading and dozing. There's a huge yard for kids to play in.

The laundry has a washing machine / dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron.

An outdoor shed is available any fishing or beach gear. The outside laundry has a second shower and toilet.

Small dogs are welcome. The property is fully fenced. The local beach is nearly all off-leash and dog-friendly.

'Sandy Feet' is no smoking inside.

Callala Beach is 2.5 hours from Sydney and 20 minutes from Nowra.

From 'Sandy Feet' its a short walk to the beach, the local RSL for a drink, game of golf course or lawn bowls, tennis courts, or to the local pizza restaurant (highly recommended), takeaway or for hair, beauty, nails and massage.

Callala Bay, just five minutes drive away, has cafes, bakery, butcher, chemist, an IGA supermarket and a hardware store.

Nowra is just a 20 minute drive through the forest for anything else you could need.
