UNIT 15 is an ocean-facing sun drenched Unit on the North East corner of the building on the fourth floor. Featuring 270 degree views from the hinterland in the west, around to the north towards Surfers Paradise and continuing around to Coolangatta in the south. Immaculately renovated and maintained with a modern presentation, our unit is well equipped with everything needed when staying in self contained accommodation. The open plan kitchen looks over the dining and lounge rooms with multiple windows and an expansive view greeting you from every direction. The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite. There is a second bathroom and bedroom with 2 single beds. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes and an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer combines to provide all the comforts of home.

The Sanderling complex features a swimming pool, half-court tennis and a covered BBQ and eating area set amongst the gardens. There is undercover parking and lift access from the basement.

With Broadbeach only 4km to the North and the vast selection of restaurants and cafes you will be spoilt for choice with dining options. Of course if you like to keep it close to home, then Nobby's Surf Club is an easy 10 minute walk north, North Burleigh Surf Club just to the south over the headland and a diverse collection of small restaurants in the Miami shopping precinct provide a great selection of well priced dining options.

Piccolo Espresso Cafe underneath Miami Surf Life Saving Club is the perfect way to start and/or finish a morning walk or ride along the walkway/cycleway that runs through the park across the road following the beach. Pack your walking shoes or bring the push bikes and ride on designated cycleways north right up the the Gold Coast seaway or continue across through Southport for an even longer ride. Heading south, has equivalent options with a cycleway taking you all the way to the NSW border and beyond.
