Samurai Okonomiyaki

Samurai Express Okonomiyaki is the sub-brand of Samurai Teppanyaki house. Our first takeaway shop is located at 61-63 Grote Street, Central Market Plaza, in the heart of Adelaide CBD. We follow the traditional cooking method and cope with same standard as our Samurai Teppanyaki restaurant. The only philosophy we believe is that quality freshly cooked food is all you want for quick meal and also affordable. Like our Samurai Teppnayaki house, the concept was simply to create a convenient site that is mainly serving Okonomiyaki and Japanese snack selections, which are based on fresh cooking and traditional taste.

What is Okonomiyaki? It is Japanese Pizza cooked on the grill. Our Samurai Okonomiyaki is based on lots of shredded cabbage with light crepe batter and topped with choice of bacon, chicken, seafood, beef and vegetable; finished with traditional Okonomiyaki sauce and Japanese mayonnaise and presented with shredded seaweed, bonito fish flake, red ginger and green onion. Okonomiyaki is your new option of healthy eating.
