Hi! I'm Sam - a personal trainer working from the Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre.
I obtained my Personal Training qualifications in 2013 and am keen to help you with your fitness goals.
I can give you information on health and fitness, track your fitness goals, make you work hard to achieve them and write you an effective gym program (that you will enjoy!).
I specialise in HIIT training, boxing, pre- and post-natal exercise, circuit training and bootcamps.
In addition, this page is full of information and resource for my clients and Facebook friends.
The workouts are aimed at people who like to do moderate to high intensity workouts, who often get "stuck" for ideas at the gym. If you do try one of the workouts, please comment on it, and tell me what you liked/didn't like. I am also happy to take on suggestions for workouts (for example, one that incorporates your favourite exercises!).
I am also here to answer (to the best of my ability - if I don't know the answer, I will research the hell out of it) any questions you might have about health and fitness.
