Artia in Adelaide Competition - Terms and Conditions

The competition will run from 15 August 2017 9.30PM ACST to 29 August 2017 (midnight). Winners will be selected randomly from the comments on the post and all winners will be announced on Facebook prior to the event on 2 September 2017.

Entrants will need to purchase a ticket to the event to be eligible via the link provided. Any winners found to have not bought their ticket forfeit their prize and it will be handed to another random entrant.

By entering and participating, the entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
