At Sally Louise Yoga we focus on providing safe and enjoyable yoga classes for people at all stages of life. We teach full spectrum classes, to ensure your whole body is addressed at every class to best balance you physically, mentally and energetically.

All teachers have been trained by Sally to ensure there is deep understanding of the anatomical science of yoga throughout all studio’s. Teachers bring the ‘sallylouise’ brand of yoga to their classes, along with their own unique essence.
