A Shamanic Practitioner uses the tools of the Shaman for therapeutic benefits.

Shamanism is the term now applied to ancient healing methods used throughout history in all ancient cultures and still practised by many surviving Indigenous cultures today. Shamans are masters of the imaginal world, ie imagination, dreams, symbols, archetypes, altered state of consciousness (ASC) and being able to enter and exit ASC at will. They are masters of ritual and journey work. A Shamanic journey is a trance state (ASC) in which we travel into the imaginal world to gain insights and retrieve parts of ourselves that have become dismembered. In this sense we are able to re-member our true self.

Angela Ketas worked as a Registered Nurse early in her life before studying law and becoming a barrister. It was during her experience as a barrister that she observed how often a successful outcome did not relieve human suffering in the way she had hoped. This led Angela to her current path as a Shamanic Practitioner.
