Her focus is to allow you to be your authentic self, embrace feelings and emotions that arise and find the meaning in them. There are not many places where “it’s ok” to really feel your sadness, insecurities, heartache, anxiety, uncertainty, grief, confusion, inadequacy, vulnerabilities or whatever is happening at the time in your life but with Katrina you can.

Offering Reiki, Energy Healing, Indian Head Massage and a combination of Transpersonal and Intuitive Life Coaching - incorporating Art Therapy techniques, Katrina will work with you on an energetic, mental and spiritual level to help you gain clarity and balance, focusing on the hearts centre. As a transpersonal therapist Katrina supports you to go beyond ‘the self’ enabling you to access the unconscious areas of your mind to gain new insights and realizations. Katrina’s approach is intuitive and carried out with genuine focus and awareness, by tuning into your energy, as you tune into the voice of your soul.
