At Ademark group we have come to understand that one of the biggest issues in our society is that many people have a fixed mindset. Many people don’t believe in their own unlimited potential, and don’t realize they are completely responsible for every decision they make in their own lives.
But the truth is that, it’s not our fault. As human beings, we instinctively back away from discomfort towards comfort. This means we are naturally selfish with completely unselfish intentions. We all want to be good but sometimes we just don’t know how to be.
We are born with the most sophisticated piece of technology in the universe but we have no instruction manual on how to use it.
We believe this fixed mindset starts from our earlier years, where our minds are still vulnerable to social and personal influences. I too not long ago left high school with a mindset that had limits, I didn’t know what I wanted, I simply made choices based on what I felt was right by my influences. As I grew older I learnt the consequences of my decisions and “wished” I knew better.
Fortunately, my career in personal development has helped me understand that life is a series of choices and we are either a “Victor” or a “Victim” in our choices. There is no in-between, we can’t stay fixed. It is mandatory that we continue to make choices that benefit ourselves and the people around us. Because true happiness lies in the realization of progress towards our highest goals.
Our goal at Ademark group is to encourage a growth and benefit mindset in our youth. We will help them understand and explore their personal and social capabilities in order to make responsible decisions and have empathy for others. With our services, they will learn to have a heightened sense of self-awareness and personal identity that enables them to manage their emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical wellbeing. This in turn prepares them for their potential life as family, community and workforce members.
