Hi guys, Here is a little about me and my journey through fitness.
I was always in the sports team at schools competing in the Athletics team and Cross-country teams however as it happens all to quick for some, we finish school and start to forget to look after our fitness.
I got back on the fitness bike in 2009 after an injury snowboarding. Throughout all the different styles of training I have done from crossfit, cycle, boxing, running, dance and even going to the gym. I have discovered that the fundamentals to a strong body is a strong foundation.
After having 2 children, I have been working towards my own progression to achieve my discovery, as I continue my journey through training, and nutrition. I have my Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness as well as senior first Aid. As part of my learning plan I look to continue my learning and add to my qualifications, to help and support you on your journey to your fitness goal.
