Ruu's Fitness

Hi guys, my name is Ruth and I'm a Qualified Group Instructor. I have completed my Certificate III in Fitness and I'm currently studying at VFA doing my Certificate IV in Fitness, Certificate IV in Business and also my Diploma of Sports Development so hopefully I can smash these out and get myself out and about!

For the past 4 years I have been head Junior Softball Coach out at Geelong Grammar working with Grade 6 and Year 7/8 Girls and would love to follow this line of work for the rest of my life. I am also getting into running tee-ball/Softball Clinics at schools so if there is anywhere you think would love this then send my details on.
