RUSH Outdoor Fitness

I first fell in love with group fitness when my son was 4 months old. I have always loved keeping active and fit. I danced most of my young life up until my late teens. I started teaching Zumba over 3 years ago and found my passion for group fitness teaching. My passion to keep fit and to inspire and motivate others to do the same is my goal in life. I try and tell people, mainly woman (mums) that it is never too late to start looking after yourself. Too be a fitter, happier, healthier gorgeous person for yourself and to set an example for your children to stay fit, healthy and ACTIVE. It is so important to me. It doesn't matter what age you start as long as you TRY!! You Can Try and Fail but don't fail to TRY!!!
