Rusco & Brusco is an Authentic Italian restaurant. We cater to all your needs, whether it be your morning coffee and breakfast, a weekday lunch, a dinner date or weekend brunch. At Rusco & Brusco we serve traditional rustic Italian dishes, otherwise known as "La Cucina Povera" that are simple but yet use prime ingredients to get the best out of each dish. You'll find dishes such as Spaghetti Carbonara, Gnocchi, Pappardelle alla Bolognese, Saltimbocca alla Romana, Scaloppine al Marsala and many other wonderful dishes. We serve a variety of wines ranging from Italy to Australia, also including an organic blend.
Our other specialty is "Tigelle", originating from the Bologna and Modena region. We have mastered the art of making them fresh and serving them straight from the oven to your table. The Tigelle are also served with prime ingredients from Italy and locally sourced businesses. Our products range from Prosciutto di Parma direct from Italy to Vannella Cheese which is an Italian family based in Sydney that produce outstanding cheeses that you could easily mistake it as it having come directly from Italy.
