Personal Training and Coaching services can be conducted in a wide varity of locations. I like to be able to have atleast 1 session a month minimum with all my clients to make sure we are on track with our goals

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS $70
One on one sessions are recommended for participants who want individualised instruction. Sessions can range from cycle specific weight training, watt bike sessions, functional stability training or outdoor sessions to help meet program requirements.

CYCLING PROGRAM $40 for 4 weeks
Structured, weekly training programs and season planning is provided for all clients. Programs are custom made for clients to achieve their training goals.

PERFORMANCE TESTING $50
Watt Bike facilities are available for Functional Threshold Power (FTP) testing, performance management tests are conducted throughout a training season.

ONE ON ONE SESSIONS $40/70
Private sessions are used for clients with more specific goals and need that extra push to go past their comfort zone. These sessions have a higher focus on weight lost goals and fitness challenges specific to the client. PT clients also receive a much more hands on session with the weight training, boxing and stretching within the session. My aim, as the trainer for this session, is to organise everything for the client so that they can focus on getting the most out of their training.

GROUP TRAINING $15/30
Group sessions at Excel are specifically designed for each individual group and the level of fitness for that group. Most sessions use a variety of cardio and weight training equipment throughout. The purpose of our group sessions is to try and keep the sessions fresh and interesting. Rarely will a session be repeated unless necessary.
At Excel we use a heart rate based training system called MYZONE which allows trainers to push everyone to their correct effort level based on heart rate. This makes group training extremely effective. No one ever feels like they are being worked too hard or able to hide and hold back.

Power Hour $10/20
Power hour was designed as a large group session based outdoors. Sessions can have anywhere from 5 people up to 30. The atomsphere with the large group is extrememly motivating and everyone finds they push themselfs more then before. This session is a great workout but also alot of fun for everyone involved
